Dena Nezziddi Development Corporation is solely owned by Ross River Dena Council. The Shareholder representative for the Corporation is the Ross River Dena Council Chief and Council.
The Shareholder appoints a Board of Directors to provide corporate oversight and help the corporation set its strategic direction.
A new Board of Directors was appointed to Dena Nezziddi Development and its subsidiaries in October 2018.
